Peak Season (6/22 - 8/19) - $3,000/week
Off Season (9/2 - 5/24) - $1,500 3 night rate (3 night minimum stay)*

Deposit: A deposit in the amount of $1,000 is required at the time the reservation is made. This non-refundable deposit shall be used to secure the use of the Property for the Term and the performance of the Guest's obligations under the Guest Agreement. Thirty days prior to the arrival date the balance of the Guest Fee shall be due in full.

Security Deposit: Using the Property as a vacation home, the Guest shall provide LSV with Guest's credit card number for a security deposit of $1,000 and additional charges incurred during the stay at the property, including, but not limited to, charges for damages or other violations of the Guest Agreement. This fee is only charged to the Guest's card if damages and violations have occurred in use of the Property.

Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates up to 10 guests.

Check-in is at 4 p.m. (EST) and check-out is 10 a.m. (EST). Checkout is made by the Guest returning all keys to LSV (Lake Shore Villa) upon all persons vacating the property. If the Guest fails to check out in a timely manner, the Guest shall be penalized at the rate of $200 per half hour the Guest exceeds the checkout time.

*An additional charge of $150 for housekeeping and garbage removal will be charged.
